We understand that circumstances may arise where an order needs to be cancelled or a product returned. This policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
2. Cancellation Policy
We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of the purchase being made.
2.1 How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact us via email at humble-scene@outlook.com with the subject line:
“Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”
Please include the following information:

Reason for cancellation
If your request is received within the 12-hour timeframe and the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
If the cancellation request is made after the 12-hour period, the order may already be in the process of dispatch or delivery. In such cases, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you may proceed with a return once the item is received, in accordance with our return policy.
3. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, provided it meets the conditions listed below.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
